Byju Raveendran on Thursday said there is no misrepresentation and in the event that there were extortion, the pioneers would take cash out, however “we have reinvested our cash once again into the organization,” the organizer behind edtech firm Byju’s said at a public interview.

Raveendran, addressing writers from his home in Dubai, said financial backers were requesting an adjustment of the executives without an arrangement. Last month, the High Court saved its decision and coordinated the Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP) of edtech firm Byju to keep up with business as usual and not hold any gathering of the Board of trustees of Leasers.
Byju’s US-based loan boss Glas Trust Organization had recorded an allure against the judgment of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) that permitted the edtech firm to pay Rs 158 crore settlement to the Leading group of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
