New Delhi, Oct 1 (PTI) Japan’s Sony Pictures Group Corporation and Sony Pictures Diversion (SPE) on Tuesday declared the rise of Ravi Ahuja as President and CEO of SPE successful January 2, 2025.
Ahuja, SPE’s ongoing Executive of Worldwide TV Studios and President and COO, will take over from SPE Director and Chief Tony Vinciquerra, who will step down from his job as SPE President, Sony bunch said in a proclamation.
Vinciquerra will stay in a warning job for SPE as non-chief Administrator for the rest of December 2025, it added.
Ahuja will answer to Sony Group Corporation Chairman and CEO Kenichiro Yoshida and Sony Group Corporation President, COO and CFO Hiroki Totoki, the assertion said.
Ahuja joined SPE in 2021 to direct all creation organizations for Sony Pictures TV (SPT) and the studio’s India business as Executive of Worldwide TV Studios.
Since joining SPE, Ahuja has likewise administered SPE’s Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) exercises, including the acquisitions of grant winning true to life amusement organization Modern Media, driving UK creation organization Terrible Wolf and VFX organization, Pixomondo, as well as the offer of GSN Games to Scopely, the gathering said.

Preceding joining SPE, Ahuja was Leader of Business Activities and CFO of Walt Disney TV.
Before that, he was in places of expanding authority, including CFO, at the Fox Organizations Gathering, and Virgin Diversion Gathering, Inc.
